Tika Ranch, or Tika Ranch Adventures, is part of the STE Ranch & Friends SARL AU in Morocco. We are a family-run business specialized in horse riding holidays since 2019, offering riding holidays, trail rides, retreats, and Worldschooling experiences for families, solo travelers, and couples — all rooted in a deep love for horses, nature, and cultural connection. 

We currently operate from three different locations in Sidi Kaouki, a small surfing village 30 minutes from Essaouira. Depending on the type of trip and accommodation you choose, you'll meet us, our horses, our dog Tara, and—of course—our family.

Don't worry! Don't worry! In addition to French and Darija, we also speak English and German/Swiss German.

 Most of our tours are designed for intermediate to experienced riders. However, we also offer gentle horse encounters for beginners, children, or those who feel nervous.  By the way, during riding lessons and world schooling, children can learn to ride from scratch. And if you're planning a group trip, it's not necessary for everyone to ride. There are plenty of active alternatives.

 We ride beautiful, well-trained Berber and Berber-Arabian horses: responsive, strong, and surefooted — perfect for both trail and connection. 

It depends on the offer. Usually: guided riding, horse equipment, tea/snack breaks, and sometimes accommodation and meals. Full details are listed with each tour or arranged when planning your individual trip.

In the moment,  We offer three different accommodations — a secluded garden house near the horses, a family-friendly guesthouse near the beach, and a spacious villa for groups. Camping and vans are also welcome. If you are planning an individual trip and have other ideas about accommodation, we would be happy to suggest other houses, holiday apartments and villas from reliable partners.

We recommend that you speak with your insurance provider or an international health insurance provider before your trip. Ideally, you should take out additional insurance that also covers horse riding while on vacation.
